A logo collection developed as part of a branding project for The Chartwell, an art-deco themed residential community. The work centered on building a cohesive identity system that could extend across a range of shared spaces while staying true to the overall tone of the property.

I created branded signage for several common areas, including a speakeasy/bar, library, pet spa, and golf simulator room, adapting the core visual language to fit each space.
