A set of food science animations created for America’s Test Kitchen Season 22, designed to visually explain the “why” behind different cooking techniques. The work focuses on breaking down processes like heat transfer, ingredient reactions, and texture changes into clear, easy-to-follow motion.

I was responsible for translating these concepts into simple, engaging visuals, with an emphasis on timing, clarity, and making the science feel accessible without losing accuracy.
